Since more than 50 years Rudy Van Hove is active on the Belgian market with specialties. Already in 1874 the family Van Hove from Antwerp was especially known for trading in game, poultry and related.

Meanwhile, the torch is taking over by his son Erik Van Hove (6th generation).  It is and stays a family business were service is high priority.

It was initially from the Provence that regional specialties were introduced. Also a range of Breton delicacies were taken in assortment.

About 40 years ago, the first pots of grated Horseradish Koch’s were brought in from Bayeren, Germany. The region Emilia Romania (Italy) are also preferred suppliers.

Meanwhile, you can find fine food and drinks from the four corners of the world at Van Hove. All on platform in Lier.
